These Terms of Service govern your use of SLN Nexus. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

SLN Nexus provides organizational intelligence assessments and AI-generated recommendations for development and reflection purposes only. The Platform is not a clinical, diagnostic, or legal tool, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SLN Nexus (the "Platform"), operated by Sage Lex Nova Labs, LLC ("Sage Lex Nova," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (these "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
SLN Nexus is an Organizational Intelligence Platform that provides research-backed organizational assessments, AI-driven strategic roadmaps, executive decision support, knowledge management, and implementation tracking. The Platform is intended for organizational development, leadership development, and facilitated reflection. It is not a clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic tool, and it is not designed to make automated employment, hiring, promotion, compensation, or termination decisions.
3. Accounts & Licenses
Access to the Platform requires a valid license. Licenses are offered on 6-month and 12-month terms, as well as a standalone Assessment Package. License terms, pricing, and included features are described on the Get Started page. Each license is granted to a single organization and is subject to the user seat limits associated with your plan. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payment & Billing
Payment for licenses and services is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount of the selected license or service. License fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If a subscription is offered in the future, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. You may update your payment method or cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or the systems on which the Platform is hosted; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers; (d) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform; (e) upload content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others; or (f) use the Platform to make automated employment decisions without appropriate human review, as the Platform is designed to augment—not replace—human judgment.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, software, assessment instruments, scoring methodologies, content, and documentation, is the proprietary property of Sage Lex Nova Labs, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Assessment instruments adapted from the International Personality Item Pool (IPIP) are used in accordance with IPIP's public-domain terms. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, except for the limited license rights expressly granted to you under these Terms. You retain ownership of the organizational data and assessment responses you submit to the Platform.
7. Assessments & Data
Assessment results, scores, and AI-generated narratives are provided for development and reflection purposes. They reflect self-reported or organizational self-assessment data and should be interpreted in context by qualified human advisors. Sage Lex Nova does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any assessment result or AI-generated recommendation.
8. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SAGE LEX NOVA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SAGE LEX NOVA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ASSESSMENT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SAGE LEX NOVA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF SAGE LEX NOVA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SAGE LEX NOVA'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SAGE LEX NOVA FOR THE LICENSE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sage Lex Nova Labs, LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Govering Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if not resolved, through binding arbitration administered in Arizona. You and Sage Lex Nova each consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona for any action not subject to arbitration.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may discontinue use of the Platform.
