We receive transaction confirmation and your billing email from Stripe. • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Platform, including pages visited, features used, and device/browser information, collected through standard server logs and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: • Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its assessment, scoring, reporting, and recommendation features. • Process license purchases and manage your subscription. • Generate AI-driven narratives, summaries, and recommendations based on your assessment and organizational data. • Improve the Platform, including developing and validating assessment instruments and enhancing AI models. • Communicate with you about your account, security updates, and service announcements. • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service. We do not sell your personal information or assessment data to third parties.

We share information only in the following circumstances: • Service Providers: We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe receives your payment information directly and processes it under its own privacy policy. We use cloud infrastructure providers to host the Platform and your data. • Your Organization: If your license is held by an organization, members of your organization may access organizational data and reports within the Platform, subject to the access controls configured by your organization's administrators. • Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sage Lex Nova, our users, or others. • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable privacy protections. We do not share your assessment responses or organizational data with third parties for their independent marketing or research purposes.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. Access to your data within the Platform is governed by role-based access controls and row-level security policies that restrict data visibility to authorized users within your organization.

If you wish to delete your data before license expiration, you may use the Platform's data reset features or contact us. Upon license expiration, we may retain certain data to comply with legal obligations or to restore service if you renew, but we will not use it for active processing during the expired period.

To exercise these rights, contact us through the Platform's contact channels. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable law.
7. AI Processing & Your Data
The Platform uses artificial intelligence to generate narratives, summaries, and recommendations based on your assessment responses and organizational data. AI-generated content is interpretive and developmental in nature; it does not constitute professional advice. Your data is used to generate these outputs for your organization's use. We do not use your identifiable organizational data to train general-purpose AI models for use by other organizations.
